"They have a decent selection of clothes. Its just crazy pricy for some children's clothes that they are going to grow out of in a month or 2. Like, 36.00 for one outfit for my little one. She won't fit it in 2 months. Still, they are cute and nice clothes."
"I showed up to the store just minutes after closing, which I didn’t realize until I was already calling the store for my curbside pickup…a nice lady named Bea answered the phone and even after I acknowledged that I had just realized they closed already, she graciously offered to bring my order out to me! Such fantastic service, she really made my day!!"
"Store does not allow customers to use their restroom. We were directed to go the Hotel next door if needed. Nothing was posted inside the store stating their restrooms were closed to customers. Also I'm pretty sure the Hotel wouldn't let people in from neighboring businesses for use of their bathrooms. Lastly at check out we were treated like we had leprosy! Even though my 5yr old daughter and I had face masks on the entire time. The cashier would not check us out until all the items were laid out on the counter. We spent over $250 and will probably NOT be returning anytime soon."
"I love the clothes but not the customer service. It surprises me that any individual can work at an infant and children's store and be so rude to the customers. I'm very disappointed... i left my house because my 6 month old wouldn't stop crying. The car rides help him to fall asleep. After he went to sleep i thought I'd stop in the store to do some shopping to relax. I asked an employee one question and got a rude response. Then as i walked out, she didn't say have a good night... instead she proceeded to talk about me with another employee. There are people in this world who are going through so much right now... Hurricane Harvy and Irma, earthquakes in Mexico... the list goes on and on and yet we still choose not to show love and compassion for others. Shame on us!"
"Love this store! Its so clean, and organized, so it makes it easy to find my baby size in clothes, and accessories! Plus the sales associates, are very courteous, and helpful! I just wish they had more styles in the store like they do online, and more sizes! Sometimes I can't find my son size in cute little outfits, but its still my favorite store to buy my sons clothes! I will always be a dedicated customer, until my son outgrows their sizes lol"
