"I want to give a special shootout to the maintenance team, in particular, Edwin and Rainier(apologies if incorrect spelling). I had a few issues that I needed addressed in my apartment, I made a maintenance request through the portal and these gentlemen arrived the same day, with all tools and equipment needed to complete the work. They were kind, courteous, and very respectful of the space and my personal things. They finished the work in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction and were sure to clean up after themselves. Thank you again guys. Great job! 10/10."

"From the moment I set foot on the property, I was impressed by the service and atmosphere provided by this community. I’m all about the atmosphere and vibes! The staff, Especially Robin, went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in process was stress free. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail throughout the application process truly stood out. Everyone was not only knowledgeable about the property but also took the time to address all my inquiries and concerns with patience and a genuine willingness to help. The process required some extra information and steps, but I appreciate their diligence vetting renters. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and well-maintained. It's clear that the management team strives to create a living experience that goes beyond the physical space, making it a truly welcoming community. I look forward to attending the events and getting to know my neighbors here."

"New management has fixed things up quite nicely considering their short time here. They have been communicative and strict on upholding policies. The area is safe and clean, with the actual apartments being high-quality and nice. While I haven’t interacted with all the crew, Marcus and Robin have been very helpful! Beautiful lake nearby, okay gym if you’re not a gym rat, and quality neighbors. Tessa is a 4.5 for sure- always room to improve!"

"In short: This apartment complex can be great but was allowed to be rundown by prior management and trashy residents. The new management company RPM is fixing things up and I am optimistic things will improve. This apartment complex has the potential to be great. The actual units themselves are very nice and feel luxurious, and lake-facing units have beautiful views. That being said, I think this place was allowed to be run-down by prior management. My theory is that prior owners/management allowed everyone in to drive their occupancy rates up. Most of the residents here are horrible; they don't pick up their dog poop even inside hallways, they leave trash laying around, they blast music, they steal weights from the gym, smoke cigarettes inside, etc. I could go on about how ghetto these residents are. I'm really not sure how some of these people afford rent because they act like they are from the hood (tossing cigarette boxes over the fence, loudly playing video games all night, blasting music at 10 am on a Tuesday... ) On the positive side, I do see that the new management RPM is putting in more effort and attempting to clean the place up. They have started cleaning the hallways and pool, which was much needed. The new manager Robin seems to be trying to get everything in order so I am optimistic that things will improve. My hope is they will start really cracking down on residents and doing more stringent background checks to weed out the trashy folk. The new maintenance supervisor is also great."
