"I am going to be a little honest…wait was 2 hours not a problem I will see what they have and go run some errands and come back. I took in 2 big tubs of clothes some still with tags on them and came back when I got the text to here “ we appreciate you bringing in your clothes today. However, we did not take anything.” I was like “what?!” Telling me, my stuff was outdated, but yet when I was shopping there, there were clothes literally with stains on them you took that stuff, but not my good stuff still with tags on them?! I know they didn’t even look at some of my stuff because it was still folded like I put it in the containers and nice and organized. Stiff on the bottom was not even touched! I am so glad I did not spend my money there! I will not be shopping there for sure again! Clothes with stains and rips ok to take but clothes still with tags on them, not ok to take. Wasted my time!"
"Cute clothes, friendly staff but the place smells like a cat. I had an allergy attack after leaving the store. I shouldn't of stayed so long inside the store but was shopping with my daughter."
"The store has some interesting stuff. I dislike their process for buying from you. They threw my stuff in a pile behind a chaotic counter and told me to leave for an hour while they went through it. When they made an offer they only had a total and could not tell me how much they were offering for specific items. Some things I was ok letting go for $1, other items I preferred to keep since the offer was so low. Similar stores in other cities assess each item with you or at least present an itemized offer."
