"I love the way their jeans are all sorted by size. Somebody's doing a great job at keeping them organized. Since I'm used to spending so much time digging for my size, I was relieved and impressed at how easy it was. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. :)"

"I went to Iowa to visit family over Thanksgiving. I was first charged twice for an item and the buzzer beeped when I left the store. They checked the clothing and said we were fine. I left again and beeped. Every store I went in after that would set the buzzer off. Now I am back in Wisconsin trying to wrap Christmas presents and I found the problem they left the security tag on a pair of jeans. I am so frustrated I've been trying to get the tag off for 30 minutes. Maybe if they wouldn't have been so worried about standing around chatting I wouldn't have had this problem.."
"Tried to return and rebuy, since everything went on sale 1 week later. They wouldn’t let me rebuy. I had to find everything again. This is bad customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years. Very poor management. This happened at the Davenport, Iowa store."
"I am over 50 years old - even though I was shopping for gkids- cashier informed me it wasn't my kind of place. Employees were 'giggling' at my cane. Came and informed me - " do you know what store you are in? We prob do not carry anything you would want.' Then walked away. Then I took my AM XPRS BLACK CARD and did just that---left."
