"Always a good sale and they seem to have smaller sizes in stock which is good for me. Most stores don't."
"No shopping carts. We were shopping for 7 people. Bags were to heavy. First two girls were rude when I asked for help . Finally manager of clearance seen we were struggling. Offered assistance and continues to check. We sunk over 5 hundred but nearly walked out . First two girls should have sensitivity training."
"Stopped in with my wife. They have very good sales and my wife needed some new pants and tops. They have opened up their fitting rooms which is nice. Saves a trip if clothes don't fit right. Staff very helpful and friendly. The fitting rooms were sanitized after each use when we were there. Have nice clothers at a very reasonable price."
"This store is always messy. The staff is great but they cannot keep up. It makes me feel like I have to fold everything. Even if I get to the store 10 minutes after they open it's still a disaster. They need more staff. With all of that said - I'm 5' 10" with a 35" inseam. I cannot wear any of the pants sold in store. I go in and try them on and then the staff will assist me with ordering the correct size online (4 Tall - not an easy one to find). Most stores that have a tall line for women will not do this because it's an online only option (this is an online only option at Old Navy as well). You can also return the tall line clothing in-store. It's nice to be able to order specialty sizes at an affordable price point. The have plus sizes in the tall line as well."
