"The last couple of times I have gone there my food has been burnt and this last time they gave me burnt food and forgot my fry. I called to get a refund and they told me I can drive back to get the fry and they can mail me a coupon. They said the only way they can credit me back is by giving me cash. I asked for the manager because the person that answered the phone seemed be confused or unsure of how to fix the issue to which he claimed to be the manager; if that is the manager they need to be better trained."

"We like to food at Culver's, but what really stood out during this visit was the crew. A young man was getting ready to walk the floor looking to clean up and ran to get the door for an elderly couple. A young lady was very kind to us and gave us free custard! We'll be back."

"I was just in the drive-through and they had a stupid long line, they got my food out within 5 minutes. I just want to applaud the chefs and the service people in this restaurant because they do an amazing job and the food is always good every time I come here. i’ve never had a messed up order or anything wrong with my food. I come here at least twice a week and it’s always really good food. The quality is always consistent and it’s very good."
