"I had two bad transmission rebuilt at this place first one completely stopped working at 37k one month after the warranty. I was told he would "help" me with the cost of getting it fixed. Well 5-7 months later he finally decided to work on it. All my stuff was stolen out of the car(not by the shop), but definitely by there negligence taking so long to fix the car. Then I was stuck with the full bill. Well that transmission lasted 42k and now the transmission is in pieces. Over half the bolts were loose, and i was completely missing a transmission mount. I was told "the current transmission did not fail, something broke it." Plus he stated "the first transmission was fixed 12/9, it failed summer of 2012. I have not used the builder since because of things like that." Again, it failed in January and wasn't fixed until summer of 2012. Plus, i got out of that statement that he knew there was issues with that transmission rebuilder and he just stuck me with the bad transmission and ended up charging me again to fix it. The current transmission failure he said would not be his concern and at this time he is done talking about it."
