"Phenomenal service. I’m a long-time & religious Pomp’s tire customer. I happened to be passing through the area when a brake line and caliper hose began failing. Pomp’s got my truck in immediately upon arrival in the late afternoon and had me up and running in a little over a hour. I’m so happy I was near this Monroe location as I knew I was in good hands, which is what you want in this situation. The mechanic did an amazing job of replacing a steel brake line and installing a new caliper hose. The installers and mechanics they have here are top notch and I love this Pomp’s location. They have a good team here and they work together well."

"Don't believe these other reviews. This place is staffed with lazy liars. Called on a Monday to set up appointment. Got tires ordered told they'd call on Thursday when I could come in that day. Had to call at 3pm to be told they didn't have any openings left for the day so we set up for Friday at 9am. Get there Friday at 9am and I am told they are closed due to staffing issues. There were 5 guys in the shop twiddling thumbs. This place is just as bad as Broadway tires. Do not believe the good reviews, they are friends of employees telling lies to get people in the door. Who knows what other shady things they pull if you actually let them work on your car. You've been warned."

"Sales rep for a $million account saw my tires that were ordered and said, "Hey, I want those for my customer." My sales rep, Dave, said "Sorry, those are for my customer. Go find your own." Installed in about an hour. The Monroe WI store team is AMAZING. They are ALL about service and know their customers by name."

"When calling to get a price quote the female who answered the phone was very unpleasant to the point that I almost decided to go elsewhere. The second call was with Dave who was helpful with pricing, tire selection and scheduling. At drop off of the vehicle the gentleman was very pleasant and process was very smooth. At pickup the experience was also good. I would recommend Pomp’s to friends but would suggest that they speak with Dave for friendly service."
