"Poor customer service! The guy behind the counter saw me come in and I said "hello". I then went over to the headlamp section to find a replacement bulb. I found what I needed and proceeded to the checkout. He was in the back taping up boxes or something out of view. I attempted to use the self checkout but that didn't work. I then called out to grab his attention. I got nothing. Another customer came in and still no sign of an employee for five more minutes. An older gentleman came in to ask directions and talked to the other customer loud enough for the employee to have heard them. No response from said employee. The other customer asked if I'd been waited on and I replied that I had been waiting for some time. I then called out "excuse me" quite loudly. Still no response from the employee. Never shopping in the Monroe store again!"
"I've been here many times. Just recently got a turn signal flasher that goes under the dash to make the turn signals turn on and off when you're making a turn in the 1996 Dodge truck. I was surprised that it was less than $8.00. I had been putting it off because we got a printout and on it it said that it was over $70. An employee must have looked something up wrong a long time ago."
