"- Late in putting the Notes. - Forgets to send the prescription to pharmacy. - Sends wrong prescription to pharmacy. - don't understand the criticality. - Receptionist says that doctor will call back but it never happens."
"I wish there is an option to give less than 1 rating! Upon visit doctor gives time but never updates the after visit summary for 2-3 days, sometimes forgets to send the prescription to pharmacy, sometimes sends incorrect information. She prescribed antibiotics to 9 month baby for 10 days and it did not work so she again prescribed same antibiotic for 10 days, wherein she told us that she had prescribed different salt this time since previous one did not work but to my surprise she sent the same one to pharmacy. Since no after visit summary was updated therefore on-call doctor couldn't assist, and I had to wait till next day for the office to open. Called twice and every time the receptionist said Doctor will call you back in an hour but never happened. Calling third time and my call is on-hold since 10 mins now. Doctor is seriously doesnt understand the criticality considering she is treating babies/infant."
