"Beautiful place to live, the staff really cares about the residents. Anytime I have a maintenance issue the team comes right away. I can always count on Reagan to solve any problems or answer any questions I may have. Definitely recommend living here!!"
"I was charged for a broken stove even in my 9 month of stay. For simple wear and tear,,, the management sucks.. and was contacted by a debt collection after 3 months without being notified even once....awful people"
"It’s a beautiful place to live.. their management is nice and always willing to listen. The staff has been really nice and helpful.. I have lived here for a few years and I enjoy it. There are 2 pools , a nice gym, a park for the children to play, a business center & a nice coffee bar.. The apartments inside have all stainless steel appliances.. This place gives you a cozy home feeling . I also love the fact that maintenance will come really quick if you have any issues. I’m also grateful that this place takes the time to do events for the residents as well.. it helps us all to feel like we are one big happy family."
"Nathan is the absolute best!! He is so prompt, attentive, & enthusiastic! He made my moving experience a breeze! I am so grateful to have found such kind people. It’s rare, and they deserve 5 plus stars. He got me approved in 1 day! He is truly a doll!"
"Our stay has been extremely pleasant here at San Remo. It is just time for us to move into home ownership. Any problems that did arise were minor and were swiftly taken care of. Reagan, the property manager, was always gracious and quick to respond in a friendly manor. It’s really the first apartment I’ve had that I didn’t feel like a bother! The pool is also amazing and very family friendly, our little one loved to splash on the extended tanning deck in the pool. The maintenance team is also world class in friendliness and response time. San Remo will be getting our referrals for the Katy area. Thank y’all for the amazing hospitality."
