"Been here 2 1/2 years now and we love it so far , the pool is a lot of fun and the gym is perfect for us. Sergio and the maintenance crew have been really good about fixing anything that needs to be fix really quick and also Norma and the management team really makes us feel welcome and always have special events for the children and families who live here"

"Due to an incompetent worker at corporate, they mailed me the incorrect security deposit check of another individual with their name on it. It has now been 6 months since this ongoing process of correcting it and it seems impossible to get a response. All because of their mistake I cannot get my money refunded to me. On top of that, the apartments are not worth the rent they charge. Dirty and unkept, plus loud neighbors. If you get a unit next to the pool get ready for noisy days/nights, and they don’t do anything about it."
"I Absolutely loved staying here during my time at the Haven at Westgreen Apartments. I give this property two thumbs up and Five stars because of my experience here. It was so amazing for the 16 months I resided there. the neighbors are friendly. there's great parking and its a safe community. the Katy area is amazing and growing, also there so many things to do and eat in the area. if your looking for a great place to reside I absolutely recommend these wonderful apartments."
