"This place along with management and maintenance are really good. The manager Elsa is very professional and helpful, Carlos from maintenance will come to fix any problem without matter of time. There are no problems with the parking spots for residents or visitors. If you like to follow the rules this is the place to call home. This place it is very quiet and clean. We had to move out for work reasons, but we will really miss this place."

"Lived in 315, if you enjoy ants, and roaches and mice .then here's your new home. Nosy neighbors and being told to not make noise at the pool while management closes it to tenants for private parties. .hot water in bathroom barely works and you will need to flush the toilet several times. I wouldn't recommend this place"

"I have lived at Falcon Point for 10 years and absolutely loved it! I recently moved out but only because I’m getting married. Honestly, the property isn’t fancy but it’s warm, inviting, and very safe. The people are very friendly and everyone looks out for each other. All in all, I would live there again in a heartbeat."

"Apartments are great for the price. That’s about it. Manager is helpful 99% for her own race. Maintenance only bandaids issues and not fix them. Apartments are quite because you can’t have company over a few hrs."

"I enjoyed 2 years of living in my charming and roomy 2 bedroom apartment and was sad to leave friendly neighbors and staff. I was not bothered by noise and always felt safe. Apartment manager, Elsa Palma, efficiently addressed my concerns in caring for my apartment. Carlos addressed maintenance issues as soon as he was notified and completed any work required quickly and thoroughly. When my air conditioning needed repaired in the middle of summer heat, Carlos brought another air conditioner to cool my home until the repairs were completed. Each year Elsa organized a delicious barbecue for the tenants to meet others and visit. Both Elsa and Carlos were friendly and considerate during my residence at Falcon Point and I appreciated their assistance and expertise very much."
