"Calling the office to report the AC I've been an user since 2008 , and never before seen an administrative office showing no care for users issues , AC it's been broken 4 days so far and still no response for it , but the monthly bill it's right on time ..... the old administration was better than this one , so please if you're reading this just think twice before you move in !!!!!"

"Christina, the leasing agent is not truthful. I was candid when I let her know of my rental history, and that I haven’t leased since 2018. She told me that it, would not be a problem and to proceed with applying. It was so hard to get in touch with her in the next couple of days and my move-in date had passed. I had to drive up to location, 42 minutes away, to speak with her face-to-face in order to get a clear response. She will lead you on and not be honest just to get your application and administration fee. I wish I could give zero stars because this situation truly affected my kids and I. This was the worst rental situation I have ever been in. I also had to do her job by contacting my previous renters and get numbers and emails myself. I will not recommend moving to this place if she is the face of the company."

"In all honesty because that is what reviews are for. There are a lot of upgrades needed in these apartments especially for the amount of rent they charge. But I'm here to tell you how great my Manager Christina is... She has been a sweetheart since the day she started working here. When I needed repairs she took good care of me. Parts took a long time but she always came through.I won't rate the apartment complex, but I give Christina a 10."

"Today I met Christina Stubbs and she was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve met so many property managers in the last month that were exhausting to deal with. She was a breath of fresh air. I would sincerely like to publicly thank her for all her hard work and effort."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was relocating for better opportunities in Katy and it seemed promising. Please do not assume the pictures on the sight is how your apartment will look. They will bate you in with a deal and go missing once they receive your money. Roaches, bedbugs and physical damage in your apartment while they expect you to pay for the torment. This place is infested with bedbugs and roaches although you have to pay pest control. Good luck getting someone on the phone to explain what’s going on to. Doesn’t seem to be a concern unless you are late paying rent. Trash place."
