We are loving the apartments so far, the amenities are great, its a quiet environment and it’s in a great location!"

"Soneto on Western has a prime location in Katy, neighboring Costco and across the street from Katy Asian Town. I enjoyed living in this location for the ease of access to a variety of Katy's hotspots. The apartment itself is cozy, and felt like a comfortable home for me. Robert is one of the members that helped me settle into Soneto from the beginning and saw me through till the very end when I moved out. Robert is the most helpful individual I have ever encountered while apartment hunting and I cannot show enough appreciation for Robert! The apartment and its management, throughout my time, did a great job of upholding a high standard for Soneto. I had no complaints with the management and apartment itself. Outside of that, there were the occasional neighbors who would not clean up after their pets in the yards."

"Soneto On Western is truly in the heart of Katy. Prime location with access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, its ideal for Work From Home active families. I appreciate the convenience and luxury of the amenities on-site, the privacy/security of the property, the attentive, professional, and smiling faces throughout the leasing office, and a big one for me is the welcoming environment for our four legged friends as well! I had the added luxury of having Jennifer, Robert, and Andrea all collectively welcome and accommodate me with great communication, prompt resolutions to my concerns and accommodated us with a unit most fitting for our needs and lifestyle. I commend Jennifer for never over-promising but surely over-delivering on our expectations throughout our stay here. I’ve appreciated the communication and timeliness of our maintenance staff always very kind and approachable. Everything is NEW, despite being around so much, it’s relatively quiet as well. We look forward to our stay and time with Soneto on Western. This is a tour we will never regret taking. Thank you for the wonderful experience and accommodation we truly feel home every day!
