"Moved in only stayed a month due to the infestation of roaches. I asked for a different unit they couldn’t accommodate me. They wanted to bomb the apartment with my infant with respiratory issues. After 30 days I politely moved out the apartment and returned all their Keyes. They have the nerve to charge me secretly and send me to collections secretly. Not a phone call email morning. So now I have a lawyer to handle their roach infested unprofessional selves. Do not stay here! Dirty! Waste of money! The manager Kandice Henry was not help either. She did not care about the health of my child. They were in a hurry to just rent out the unit without doing a full inspection."

"Oxford At The Ranch has been a great experience! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our apartment and the environment. I give this place 5 stars. The maintenance was the best! They came as soon as I put in a work order. We have never had any issues with this apartment. Johnny is the absolute best! He already answered our questions and so nice. He was very helpful with anything we needed. All the staff was great!!"

"I have been only living at Oxford At The Ranch in Waller Tx for only 9 months and when I tell you it has been very unpleasant living here. There maintenance takes over a month to assist any simple changes such as changing a filter, fixing my microwave that keeps turning off. The front gate never works. There has been plenary burglaries at Oxford At The Ranch. My close friends who also stayed at Oxford At The Ranch had a lot of the same experiences such as the air conditioning turning off in the summer with there apt being over 100 degrees being very uncomfortable and it took them 4 weeks to fix. And told by the office that is an emergency and should have been fixed right away not take weeks. As well as the restroom the racks keep breaking off. And the worse part. I have a one bed room and there is MOLD everywhere please see the attached pictures. I informed the office and they told me to “change my filter and turn on the vent fan in the restroom”. And I can’t even explain the smell in my apt it smells like a swamp. It’s been over months and they done nothing bout it they told me it was “ mildew and I need to clean up more”. There are cats living everywhere around the apt and are breeding. There has been multiple times where I want to go swimming and the pool is closed down with a green pool. The dumpster area is filthy. And I can’t wait to move out."

"I LOVE HERE ! Ms.Kandy has came-back and took over the property! WE ARE so happy that she’s back as property manager….. for awhile management went down hill due to manager changes but with her back she has made so many improvements! Mr. Johnny the leasing manager was very informative about the property ! The updated pool area is so nice and pretty! My husband and I are truly blessed for this staff and community! Thank y’all for y’all do !"
