"After a horrible/awkward experience at the Comfort Suites - Near the Galleria in Houston, we left there and stayed here for the night. Arrived at 11 pm and was greeted with a smile and the young man was so kind. Room was clean and definitely acceptable for the price. We got up early and the young lady that checked us out was just as kind. Thank you!"
"The hotel itself was great! It was very nice, very clean and very quiet! There were a few things wrong with the room, but NOTHING that was an absolute deal breaker for staying, for sure would stay here again! However, the middle seal of the window was coming off, there was a spot on the wall where the paint was chipped off, one of the coffee cups had stains, and the TV wasn't receiving a signal- my husband had to take it off the wall mount to fix it."
"We stayed here for the TRF highland games weekend. It's about a 30 minute drive from the hotel to the fair grounds. That is much better than the drive back to San Antonio. The rooms were clean. There is no vending in site so for late night cravings you either need to pack a snack or go to the gas station in the same parking lot. The side of the hotel that shares with the gas station is lit up like daylight. Needed the blackout curtains. Only issue was the gaps between the tub and surround. It would leak during a shower."
"So since the front desk had no remorse for the dirty room. I decided to write it here. She said they must’ve skipped inspection. They never cleaned the room after the people before us. The fridge is leaking brown stuff. Straw and Reese’s wrappers under the couch. Nothing was wiped down. If it wasn’t for the lady that was super nice to me and my daughter when we were getting breakfast that hotel will be garbage."
