"They are really kind & do a great job at reminders like payment!"
"Changing the name doesn't change the fact that this is the worst apartment complex ever. So unorganized and so unprofessional. They evicted my daughter saying that she didn't renew her lease when in fact she did. The new property manager claims that they don't have a sign lease when my daughter provided the lease. Police explained they can't just put her out. Their response was that she will just have an actual eviction on her record if she doesn't get out. All because they are renting the same apartment to different tenants."

"Worse student living experience. Change management over 3 times less than a year, apartments aren’t worth the pricing and maintenance moves really slow. They also are changing the name due to the bad reputation they have received after only being open a year."
"I’ve had a pretty decent experience living here at The Gates. Although, they do tend to resolve maintenance orders a bit slow."
