"Went in on Sunday shortly after they opened. One guy was too busy chatting it up with his friend to actually realize we needed help. His friend (the customer) was actually the one that alerted him to the fact we needed help. Thank goodness for her letting him know or we would have been there waiting for even longer. Had him go in the back twice to look for some shoes. He was gone for at least 5 mins each time and made sure he walked away texting and came back texting, with no shoes in the size we needed. He suddenly went missing while we were walking around the store shopping for the rest of our purchase. The younger gentleman that rang us up was incredibly nice, friendly, and polite. He honestly made everything he better. I’ll stick to purchasing items from the website. No need to go into the store and be treated the way we were by the first sales associate."

"Looking to buy shoes for 4 kids spending at least $400 because they all wanted Jordan's and my 7 year old daughter was refused the bathroom. She's 7. Your staff sucks. Will never be back and have spent several thousand dollars in your store for the last 12 years. The goth you have working the counter doesn't fit with sports. Know your clients."
"I was greeted when I walked into Hibbett Sports and I wasn't checked on until I asked for help. For such a small location, the inventory was well stocked, just not in my size. I had no issues with the service, when we did speak, the staff was respectful and professional. Cost wise, it's a bit more costly than I prefer to spend, but the product quality was pretty damn nice."
