"See below Mr Chambers review- true they now ,and when I was there had zero concern for residents safety, especially if you are/ were a woman- two women had to move because of a male stalker that still lives here, the victims had to move, NOT the stalker despite numerous police reports from one of the victims-- further, when you move out expect fraudulent charges, illegal charges, money you do not owe-- the management, corporate, simply are criminals, and if you don't like the illegal charges after you move, they don't care if you sue-- stay away from this place--- Mr Chambers review- notice response, or lack of , from the manager Bambi-- blame shifting, made no comment on the open, un repaired gates, that she is responsible to keep repaired for security ---red herring- not everyone is as stupid as these people assume-- regarding the glowing reports from the newcomers- they are nice to get your money- wait till you have been there awhile/ notice to move- it's not rocket science- they will appear snow white to get your money at first-- if nothing else, small claims court is a option for you- if more people would take a stand for their rights, perhaps these people would think before they violate the lease contract"

"The Springs at Live Oak Apartments is the best! We've lived here and raised our children here going on 15 years now. The Management Team is awesome! The Maintenance Team is untouchable! These two teams pour their everything into taking care of us as residents! They provide the best possible service I've seen over anywhere else. They work with you over any issue that arises and will give their best efforts to obtain any resolve that can bet met within their power. My family feels truly safe here. The location is, in my opinion, one of the best anchor points in the San Antonio, Bexar County area. While the area is very busy (due to growth) this location sits next to one of the main Interstate Highways that moves through the Heart of Texas and through the heart of the local community, and provides a great advantage and ease of travel most days. I could talk about Springs all day and from real experience. Like walking distance from schools, college, the local city park, and community pool. Emergency services, Police and Fire Dept are all located within a 5 minute response time and are always their when and if you need them. The City of Live Oak is smaller and yet a greater quality of living while still providing easy access across the San Antonio Bexar County area, and other places like Canyon Lake, Fiesta Texas, Sea World, less than 2 hours from Austin, TX. 3 plus hours from the southern coast of Texas. I'm going to stop here.... come see and experience it for yourself!"

"My husband and I loved living here. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are always kept clean. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix anything. Definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I highly recommend it!"

"Just moved into these apartments and I'm more than certain that I've made a great move. The environment is very nice and peaceful. The fitness center stays clean/fresh and the pool upkeep is impressively clean all year round. The management is great and the maintenance men are attentive and prompt. I have to highlight a maintenance man by the name of Marcus LaRocca. Very helpful, knowledgeable and an overall awesome guy. I've never seen a maintenance man take their job as serious as he does...with pride and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area"

"I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The staff (I spoke to Bambi & Yara the most) are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. The amenities are fantastic, from the pool and fitness center to the well-maintained grounds. Maintenance (especially Matthew) was super helpful, friendly, & quick. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience."
