"My children lived at this apartment a year ago and was charged for any and everything under the sun. We had pictures to show proof of all damages that were there before and they were still charged. So today we went because a lady named Lauren hung up in face yesterday. He was calling because a box was shipped to his old address, and instead of her listening to him, she hung up in his face. So we went today to speak with her concerning the item that was shipped to the wrong address, because my son was told. By another person in the office that she would be able to get it for him. The lady Lauren gets rude and say it’s against their policy for anyone to say that they could’ve helped him get his item that was going to his old address. And while I’m talking to her, she begins to try to cut me off and then starts to say I’m not going to argue with you and we were just talking. We had no reason to be upset with her besides the fact that she hung up in his face the day before. But all we wanted was his box. She told us she could not contact the tenant, and that we would probably need to call the police in order to get his item. She asked if the tenant is not compliant even if we call the police, I told her that wouldn’t make any sense , but I stopped talking to Lauren because Lauren has a really nasty attitude and she should not be dealing with people. When she stated she wasn’t going to argue with us I told her this is not an argument we’re just talking you’re just stating that because we’re black. She said she has a lot of black friends. Will that mean you don’t know what arguing is . I told her if I was arguing, I would be yelling and screaming and we did none of the sort so instead of me talking to her I told her I was going to wait for the manager to come in because I believe that’s who my son spoke with from the beginning , but of course she assumed that the manager wasn’t following proper protocol when it came to his items being in the mailbox where he used to live. But as we were waiting you, SPS was in the building and we went to him and he gave my son his item out of the mailbox. God works in mysterious ways ."

"Very nice apartments given they were recently built with the latest interior amenities. Mostly quiet with no noisy neighbors. However the construction between floors is very very thin you hear EVERY SINGLE FOOTSTEP of the neighbors above and every single door and drawer closed. For the price they charge I would expect the construction to be more solid with very little noise especially with hearing every single step from my neighbors. Ugh!"

"I felt the red carpet experience from the time I arrived. The community was so clean and upon entry I was welcomed by Laura at the front door. She had a warm smile and offered me a cold beverage to help beat this heat and showed me my new home. I will be moving in the fall and I can not imagine calling anywhere else but Aspire home!"
