"The residence are neighborly but the staff hired to cut grass consistently overlook a vietnam vets patch of grass week in& out. Talk about "Tone deaf". 1 gesture of kindness can change the world. Try it!"
"Lived here for two years, never had a roach problem. Maintenence came out like they should when fulfilling a request. Rent is cheap, quiet and safe neighborhood if you kept to yourself and minded your business."

"The second day of me living in this place I saw roaches and reported it to the office, they said they would send someone to spray and they sent their maintenance man. The roaches got worse and worse crawling on me and my family while sleeping. My one year old daughter was bitten twice one in the cheek and one on the wrist. We had to stop cooking cuz when you turn on the stove omg it turned to night of the living dead!! We bombed we sprayed and place boric acid , nothing worked they are infested in he walls. The last straw was my girlfriend came home and video recorded a roach on its back having babies on the living room floor, omg! I never saw anything like that , we showed the office the video and the many roaches we killed daily..get this ...they let us out of the lease, also, there was 5 other tenantts reporting the same problem....do not come here !! Especially if you have children"
