"Worst managerial customer support I've ever seen, tried to make me pay a deposit every night because I booked on Expedia instead of in the office. 0/10 would rather stay in a tent instead of here. The gm that tried to enforce that deposit every night was name Vince Patel, extremely rude"

"I stayed here from June to September. The room was Roach and Ant infested. Vince is the Supervisor he is rude he was rude to me and my friend. He over charges but won't Rid the Room of Roaches"

"Room is nice, good size plenty of room, beds are comfy, ac works great. Only issue I have is even though the room appears very clean there are roaches."

"Room were dirty, sticky floor, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, and bugs on the bed. Night receptionist was helpful and morning receptionist was rude. I mentioned how my stay was and he only said that I should of had called. I mentioned I didnt call because online it said there were only two rooms left and it was late at night and I didnt feel like going somewhere and I preferred to just sleep on the chair and he said that he had 10 rooms available when online it showed only two. I didnt ask for a refund but I did mention that rooms need to be better for future stays."

"Staff is pretty good but for $80 there could be more than a small table, a toilet and a bed essentially. Can hear every step somebody in other rooms take. The location is pretty good especially for food you have some decent options in walking distance. Bed isn't very comfortable but it beats the ground. 50/50 could add more to the rooms"
