"Staff is excellent, always friendly and eager to help. The property is always clean and well managed. Service requests are handled in a very timely manner. I lived here for a little over 3 years and I highly recommend Red Oak Town Village to anyone looking for affordable, clean, luxury style apartments."

"I lived here for several years 3+ , had an amazing time. Had no problems tbh. Except when the gym was undergoing renovations just to be similar to how it was lol. Long as your well mannered and patient as you should be, you'll do well here."

"We were excited to get my sister-in-law an apartment for her family of 5 in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Everything was working out as planned, until suddenly the agent asked us how many kids and adults total? We said 2 adults an 3 kids. Then she told us that in Ellis county the policy is 2 people per room, so only 4 people can live in a 2 bedroom apartment.? I was shocked. I told her that State of Texas law allows 3 adults per room. She then said, well that's Ellis county policy . ?? I have never been told this while looking for an apartment before and it seems discriminatory, unfair, and illegal. After speaking with the manager, she stated that it is their community policy and not an Ellis county policy. ? I'm looking into this policy further and it's legal status."

"I’ve lived here approximately 3 years. Daphne & Leia and maintenance do their best to keep this property clean. I feel safe. I appreciate security that’s available if needed. Some of the residents aren’t as clean as I’d like, but I can only do my part to keep my residential area clean. No complaints"

"It's a pretty nice apartment community, a little bit cheaper than other competitive apartments in the area. They do keep up on the place and I do like that it is a gated community. The pool is nice but it is small only 4 feet deep and there's no hanging out in the clubhouse. When I moved in I took pictures and document at the damages in the apartment, but I have not seen any effort from maintenance to come and get these things fixed. I haven’t walked through the apartment with one of the leasing staff."
