"I recorded 4 groups in my apartment when I wasnt home. The Management heard the recording and did nothing about the key problem. They owe me TWO Deposits! They owe me 14,000.00. Zero stars Casea"
"I've lived here for 6 months and it's been the worst experience I've ever had. The "tile" flooring is some cheap tile paneling poorly glued to the floor that'll come up the moment they get wet causing me and others to nearly or actually slip. The office staff is beyond useless and don't rely on the maintenance guys. If you can afford another place avoid this one like that plague."
"I cannot wait to no longer live here. It was great at first until about June. That is when we started having issues with parking, the front desk not responding, and the front desk not handling issues we addressed with them. I don’t feel safe when I get home from work at night, and I almost 95% sure after 4 that I will have to park down by another building since they won’t do anything for an apartment having 4-6 cars a night parked there."
"The interior is kept nice and clean, the townhomes are really quite exquisite for the price. However, I'm only giving them 3 stars because the property manager, Nancy, would just blatantly not respond to calls and messages DAYS IN A ROW, sometimes over a WEEK, and was very difficult to cooperate with. Also, the maintenance men are rather rude and ineffective doing their jobs."
