"For the past year and a half ive had to take my kid to the emergency room inside local hospital because this dr office is always booked. Its very frustrating. One time My daughter was perscribed antibiotics so the visit was necessary and was told by the agent at this Facility that I would not be able to be seen until Friday. It was Tuesday currently. my daughter can't wait 3 days to be seen. took her to the hospital to the emergency room where they prescribed her antibiotics for her illness very frustrating. One time I had an appointment scheduled for 5 o'clock. It was their final slot. They had available. @ three thirty I get a call from the office itself canceling that appointment And wanting to reschedule for the following Monday at 4:15. It was Friday. So im expected to wait the weekend before my kid recieved medical attention. NO. And when you call you can't call the location itself, it, the phone number sends you to a help desk or a agency that does the booking for appointments or helping with the online portal. A call center, you canT even talk to a physical employee at this location by calling a number. That's very strange to me. But there they have access to the online portal where they can change appointments and cancel appointments, but you can't reach them."

"Absolutely horrific experience. I’m to assume they lack Proper respect for patients and families due to the status of most of their clientele. The nurses and the provider are both rude, demeaning and take no accountability for their lack of proper level of service. They lack proper communication skills, they like to talk over you, they are used to people just accepting what they say and not having to answer questions. We are new to Texas and this was the first doctors office we decided to bring our children, however , seeing that we pay for all Service and are not backed by government assistance we should definitely seek another doctors office. They have been out of the Hepatitis A vaccine for 4 weeks, finally got it back and did not follow thru with notifying us so that we could bring our son. They lack due diligence, accountability and values. Gross experience. 0/10. Provider is also very rude along with the nurse we saw today."
