"Staff is friendly, but I’m concerned about waiting days to hear from Dr. Argawal about my results. Took bloodwork same day as my appointment and results came in next morning. It’s been 3 days not counting weekend. I just want to get better. I had to wait 3 months to get this appointment. I hope to get answers soon. It should be some sense of urgency when it comes to patients after results are in. Patients shouldn’t have to wait. It’s been maybe a week now, I’ve reached out to her about my concerns of the medication that was prescribed. Just like the first time, I’m not talking to her at all. I’m either receiving messages from her front desk or she’s inboxing me. I don’t get the sense that she’s concerned about my condition. She left the conversation and here I am still concerned with unanswered questions for the entire weekend. SMH"

"3 stars because Dr Upadhyay was outstanding with his service. Issue: After 9 days from annual health appointment still no results on my blood work. I called receptionist and she confirmed reports to be ready in 1-2 days. No clear communication. They sent me my complete summary for the visit without lab test. Labcorp person was arrogant and not telling clear instructions. Dr. U is great and exceptional."
