"Our experience was perfect! We needed chairs and tables on short notice for an at-home reception after my Daddy's memorial service. They delivered the eight tables and 60 chairs on time (all in good working order) and picked up the next day, all for a reasonable price. We were grateful and pleased."

"Horrible horrible customer service. My fiance and I were going to give them thousands of dollar with our wedding needing rentals. Instead we went out of our way to find another company that is further for delivery for our wedding but that is how much we DID NOT want to give Party Rentals our business. Melissa was hard to get a hold of, days most times WEEKS would go by for her to reply to my emails. Then due to their lack of workers she was wanting us to figure out how to get help of our own to help their workers to set things up. Even though we were paying thousands for them to do it. Then would not do any discount for that, when we called to ask they said the owner said "they don't do discounts there". So we took our business elsewhere, was helped right away, booked the same day, all cash. I wish there was no stars because they do not even deserve this 1 star."
