"I have lived here for 1 year and just renewed my lease for a second year. The new owners have repainted the exterior of the buildings and made it look very nice, plus new sign in front and new lighting in complex. I love having an assigned parking space. My fridge stopped working at one time and maintenance fixed it very quickly. I really enjoy living here and the convenience of being close to highway 35 freeway."
"I feel safe living at this community now that the new management company has taken over last year. Sacramento is quick to fix any maintenance issues I have and Craig runs a tight ship."
