The Ellery at Westchester - Grand Prairie

"Thought I would have a way better experience very disappointed. You can tell after moving in that this was a rushed construction project for this company. I was very excited to move in and loved my floor plan but you can literally hear everything through the walls. From your neighbors snoring, stomping around, and alarms. So ready to move out and I just got here. Had to purchase a car port due to the lack of parking but my car port is in front of another building so there goes the convenience. Paying less but there's always pros and cons to picking brand new apartments. Will say their maintenance crew was great when I put in my requests."

"Having mixed feelings since moving here. Cons: There are no parking spots available for residents. Instead of making more parking spaces available they are building even more car ports and garages. Another complex looking to make money off residents. Once the other units are built it will only get worse. Not sure if it’s just my unit, but there are no stoppers for the bathroom sinks. So my bathroom sink is basically impossible to use because it’s always getting clogged. Also, walls are super thin. You can hear the washer & dryer of the unit above you. The sound will roar throughout your entire apartment in EVERY room.Some of my packages have been lost. Wish the gym had more equipment. They send constant emails about lease violations and what we can and can’t do. Pros: maintenance is prompt. neighborhood is quiet and they are a lot of local stores around. pool area is super nice. Neighbors are polite."

"Our move in was smooth and simple. I highly recommend these apartments. On our first night there was an issue where we had no hot water (new construction so the water heater was not turned on) and Harry on the maintenance team came out within minutes to fix it after hours. That definitely sets the tone for our new place to call home and I am happy to be living here."

Diana kept me updated on a regular basis and most importantly she would return my calls in a timely manner if I had a question(s). They are very professional and genuinely care and take great pride in their prospective jobs. I'm happy to call the Ellery at Westchester my new home."

"Been here for about two weeks and had some major issues with apartment due to it being new construction. But let me tell you something Harry has been amazing ensuring things get done in a timely matter so thought I can enjoy my apartment. Diana and Zeth have been amazing as well making sure I have everything I need to be comfortable."
