"I have always like having my mother at Oak Timbers. She has been there for 6 years and has made many wonderful friends. They look out for each other which is wonderful! The new manager, Marla is incredible--- she truly cares so much for the tenants and seems to understand seniors really well. I highly recommend anyone considering living there."
"Me and my husband went to visit his mom while we were sitting there talking the door bell rang, and it was the apt manager I'm assuming (hispanic lady) she was very rude yelling acting belligerent accusing us of leaving the door gate open it was so disrespectful my husband and I had to get up and jump to her defense she kept screaming stating we always do this mind you this was our first time visiting in months!!! If the door was supposed to be closed why were we able to get in!? She is very unprofessional and does not need to work in customer service!! My mother in law did not even know who the lady was so clearly they go through apt staff pretty fast and I think they need to keep searching because this lady WAS HORRIBLE!!"
