"very amazing apartments! Ariel and Tania are amazing leasing consultants! The office staff is very welcoming and supportive! I definitely recommend these apartments to others! These negative reviews don't do any justice to these apartments! I've had the best experience living here!"
"Do NOT move here unless you are absolutely in desperate need of a home! The positive reviews you see on here is because tenants are being asked to give out good reviews. I regret moving here so much. At first the ladies working in the leasing office are kind and nice to you but once you move in, they can careless. Maintenance is lazy and incompetent and fix nothing! Amenities are badly kept. Trash everywhere. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious. Apartments are really old and in need of extreme renovations. Roaches all the time, does not matter how many times you clean. The staff here is a joke and only care about collecting your rent. Not worth the $2,000 I pay monthly in rent. I wouldn’t even recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. I will continue to share my negative experience with others in hopes they don’t commit the same mistake I did in moving here!"
"Been here a few months now, there has been some changes to leasing but I would have never noticed, very smooth transition. The manager is sooo awesome and helpful. Maintenance is on point, laundry room is awesome and affordable, machines are clean and well maintained. Love that they hold activities for residents, provide options to pay and really work with you on all issues..."
"I toured the property and I’d have to say that I felt very welcomed. The staff was friendly. The leasing agent named Jocelyn went above and beyond to find me an apartment in my price range. She knew where all the nearby shopping was at. She was kind, and very professional."
"WORSE APARTMENTS EVER!!!!! I moved in on may and I been living like this water coming out from the air already called the office since may every time I call they tell me will we’ll have maintenance go over they never come ! But when I don’t pay my rent on time yet the office comes to my apartment and tell me I hace to pay by current time if not ima get kicked out but they NEVER come and fix my air I had to pay someone else to fix my air cause I was tired of living like that !! Is just THE WORSEEEEE"
