"Ive lived here a year now & I must say things have greatly improved since we got a new manager back in April. She has really cleaned the place up. Whenever I have a maintenance request, its done that day or the next. & the new maintenance man actually fixes the issue! Im very pleased since Elizabeth has taken over as the manager. I love my apartment."

"This place is terrible. Seriously terrible. Our apartment has flooded three times because of the plumbing problems and it’s not just our apartment it’s everyone’s . Management is a joke . In the past year I’ve been here we have had 4 mangers . They do not fix work orders quick and sometimes they don’t even fix them . I gave up on telling them to come fix my 2nd restroom . It’s been almost a year and no one comes. They also need proof to see if we paid our months rent when we do . I’ve always been on time with my rent and paid it. Thank God I save and take a picture of everything. Not to mention I used to live in apartment 110 then moved (because it was flooding) to another one in the same apartment complex and the same thing happens here . On the day we were going to sign the lease to move here one of the residents told us not to move here and we didn’t listen . And now I regret it. Seriously DON’T MOVE HERE ."

"If I could give them no stars I would!!!! I’ve been calling the office for over two weeks!!! I’ve even left messages, but I’ve have yet to hear from someone. Today is August 1, 2019; the day I’m supposed to move in... They’re never in office how am I suppose to sign my lease and get keys if no one is never in the office!? This is the most unprofessional place I’ve dealt with!!!!"

"I wish I could put no stars. Management is rude, they have had 5 different managers in the past 4-5 months. They Locked me out of my apartment and said I abandoned it because they lost eviction court 2 times already. They stole my $800 smart TV and my windows 10 laptop I got for Christmas that had all of my daughters pictures on it that I will never have again, and my one year olds items. I was told I was being looked for by a detective and I was a fugitive (when I knew damn sure I wasn't) I was harassed about why I am on probation and told I had a restraining order against me that I needed to get off property. Manager Maria Hernandez got pissed when I asked for my copy of the restraining order, I may be young but I'm definitely not stupid I know how the law works and I KNOW I have to get a restraining order delivered to me by a constable and the constable even said he would have had to deliver it to me when she said it. This apartment complex does things so illegal its ridiculous. When you ask to speak to the owner they say he isn't there they are just watching the property come to find out the young gentlemen died years ago. Worst place I have ever lived at. Who would ever steal something from a child, it blows my mind how unprofessional and immature this apartment complex is and why in the hell they would take something from a baby."
