"The Apartments are so much better now that they have a new sheriff in town and her name is Karla but it’s mrs. Karla to those who don’t know her. They have made some great changes to it, the staff is really cool , the atmosphere and appearance looks 100 times better than when they do now, then before those other managers that were before Karla. They have no respect for the tenants they miss treated them overcharge them and threaten to evict them if they said anything about their improper behavior towards the tenants. Comments that I posted seven years ago in regards to the apartments were not towards the staff and management now, but mainly towards those tyrants and crooks who were there then. But now it’s a whole 180 change completely for the better of the tenants, I’m very grateful and happy to have stayed to see the transformation and dedication that has been put into the makeover in every way. I thank God through Jesus Christ for people like Karla and her staff. Please keep up the great work that you have started."

"Okay let me just say, that this place saved me from God knows where I would be. It's quiet... and for the most part safe. Thanks to the Grand Prairie police who sit across the street on a daily. Spanish Vista is affordable and the staff... Mina, Karla, Suzy, Naomi, Ms. Martha... Miss her where great. And, to the owners of this apartment complex... Ryan... I want you to know that I am grateful, thankful for your staff. And it's been a absolute blessing literally. Keep up the good work. And, yes does this place deserve a upgrade... yes. But, until it's done... its home. Somewhere I will most differently miss."

"I have been living here for almost a year and I love it! The staff and everyone are really nice, especially Karla in the office. She does a really good job making sure things are taken care of that we need right away, she has made the courtyard more appealing, and really cares for the residents that live here to make sure we are always safe. I also like the rent rates, and all bills included in the price. It is a great place to live!"
