"Water pipes busted in at least 3 building I know mold everywhere and when u goto call "emergency line" they say oh well no one's working today so Apts get flooded all weekend"
"They will charge you for sewage back up and the maintenance is not maintenance. Wouldn't let my dog live there. The 2.2 stars are 3 too many! The people giving goodreviews must work there!"
"Today is 12/23/22 temp 24 degrees. I called at 1030am about my heater not cutting off it had been on for 24hrs and it was on auto so ot should have shut off. I turn off the on button to off position it stillnstay on this was 1 hr before i called yavon who is very rude unprofessional . she she want allow u to tell her whats going on in ur apartment when u call and request maintenance work. Today the mnt guy came and he turn off the power for the ac at 11am said he call tech. I called at 150pm to follow up no answer i left message. She ccalls back and states u have to he patient some time it take 2-3days for tech to come out. And she said ur very luckey he coming today and hung up. No mama ur luckey u hung up. But however ppl dont move here until she no longer works here. Every encounter with her is like talking to a bipolar preminiposole witch. Like i read the reviews but still moved here.If u dont like ur job then quite lady. Yes all the reviews are TRUE ...BUT..Maintenance is the only good thing about this place he is very nice. Its close to my mom and job"
"This place is nasty! Full of roaches and bed bugs. The leasing office lady is so rude and doesn’t care about anyones well being. The dumpsters are always filled and trash everywhere. There is cracks all over the inside of apartments allowing anything to enter the apartment. Neighbors have dog pop on porch all over and leasing office does nothing about it. Don’t move here it’s not worth it. You are better off living in south dallas"
"I have just renewed my lease just because how amazing this place is! Previous manager left a lot to wish for, requests were submitted for repairs and nothing was ever done but when the new manager Yesenia came everything flipped! Requests were completed in a timely , she calls back on emergencies and she is soooo nice and professional! Even the community itself looks so much cleaner and welcoming. I definitely recommend it here"
