"I went there for an apartment and the apt manager was very knowledgeable and nice."
"Cotton creek is terrible . there are roaches every where. They can spray and roaches are still coming out. They will try to evict you if your just a dollar short on your rent. The maintenance men are slow and lazy as hell. The hot water goes off all thr3 time and we have black outs every 3months and they will go up on your rent even if your getting 50 cents more on your job"
"Manager very unprofessional they go into ur apartment without notifying you and to top that off they inspect without notice then give u infraction when clearly the lease says they should give us notice saying they’re going to enter your apartment within 24 to 48 hours I can go on and on about them other than that the neighborhood is pretty calm ..."
"They are some bs apartments the maintenance people don’t like to do their job they respond a day to a few days late to come fix anything the hot water is turned off almost everything other week and the people in the leasing office have very poor people skills and are disrespectful and do not like to do their job ive never been so ready to move out of any apartment they are so close to being labeled as projects dont let these apartments fool you i wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anybody"
"When I moved in it was roach infested. The apartment people sprayed for a month and still no change I told them just forget about because you all have neen spraying for a whole straight every friday.. And still no change. I moved the refrigerator and there was a nest back there it was huge. So I called the office and told them the roaches are coming from the refrigerator as well, I just killed the nest. And why the apartment people did not spray behind the refrigerator? Because they want to half do things. I wish sometimes I would have not moved over here."
