"if i could give it zero stars, i would. so many issues, but we’ll start here: 1. ROACH INFESTED. they come and spray monthly, but because the “baseboards” are cheap wood glued to the wall, the roaches live in between them and never go away. 2. utilities included in rent sounds nice until you’re apartment gets down to 60 degrees in the texas winter. you don’t control your heat/AC so you’ll need space fans and heaters to keep your apartment liveable. 3. water and pipe issues, constantly. when taking a shower, the water will go from normal to scolding hot. and this is every single shower. sometimes they give same day notice and just shut the water off for “repairs”. 4. very noisy neighbors and super thin walls. thin like, i can hear when people push their chairs in at the table, thin. you will hear EVERY SINGLE THING at night time and especially in the mornings. such an unpleasant place to live, definitely not a place to call home."
"Worst living experience you can have. Loud neighbors,rude uncaring management, random apartment walk in with no notice so they catch you showering and sleeping(Which has happened to me multiple times), vehicle break ins, drug trade all within walking distance to unt."
