"Mike does a fantastic job with all maintenance work. He’s very quick for any repairs, if it’s plumbing or heating or air conditioning. I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit which was bigger than other surrounding units in the area. Rent rates are also very affordable, we only paid for electric. We loved the new outdoor patio. Never had any issues with security and nor has my neighbors on our building. Very close to UNT. Save yourself parking fees on campus!! Give Newport a call for any availability."
"I lived year for over 3 yrs. and once it was bought out, the quality of the apartment went down. The apartments have rats and roaches, my porch was taken down, I was told that they would redo it and make it look "nice" this left the sliding door to my apartment accessible to the world, which did not have a lock on it. The porch stayed like that for over 9 months, and was not rebuilt until after I moved out. Only one washer works and if you are not careful your clothes will be stolen."
