"These apartments are under new management. I have a son on disability. I ended up making to much money and had no choice but to move leaving my son behind so we both wouldn't be homeless. Making too much money but yet still not enough. In tears, in a situation I could not control. Melissa is her name she help me so I honestly know that God still have Angels on this Earth still. Under the new management everyone is equal. No different prices do to color.. maintenance is now on top of completing all work orders.. not only would I ask for the general public to stop and give mountain creek apartments the opportunity but I give them 10 out of 10. My heart has not felt this type of love from anyone but family. Thank you truly mountain creek Melissa and her team. Truly from the bottom of my soul. God bless you all. I get to spend this Christmas with my son. Thanks again a dept that can never be repaid. Thank you."

"I been staying here for 3 years now and let’s just say this year has been the worst year for me there’s nowhere to park here and if you park in visitor parking you’ll be towed to park outside your building you need a tag and also have to go online every other night and register your vehicle it’s not Comfortable staying here anymore every other day they’re putting letters on your door I do not recommend since new managers took over People just been moving left and right my time is up here I can’t take this anymore"

"I love this apartment, the office people is very kind and friendly. The place is clean thanks to the maintenance staff who are constantly cleaning it, and if any repairs are needed they are promptly attended to."

"I currently stay here and I don’t recommend these apartments to anybody , they are disgusting, the kids in the apartments are bad!!!! The front office never answers the phone even with the new owners they still never answer the phone, the maintenance has gotten better , I have stayed here for just about 10 years and still have the same paint , and carpet since we moved in here, no new upgrades have happened but a thermostat and some light bulbs , the hallways are disgusting bird mess all over the place stair case in all , the foundation is bad and they still haven’t fixed anything and I’ve been complaining to them for about a year, you have ants everywhere roaches everywhere you tell the front office and they still haven’t had people to come spray from them, the apartments look good outside the gate but when you come in the gates you have trash falling out the trash cans you have trash all over the ground from people throwing the trash from their back porch."

"Ive lived in for 2 years going on 3.... and i can say my experience was great the first year !! As the time went by the management and maintenance have gone down. The trash is always filled to the T and is highly nasty... the apartments are already dealing with roaches as is. The stairs and breezeway are filthy and not sanitary."
