"Coming in from another state and tried this complex as my first choice. Went there one day and asked as many questions that I needed and the nice young lady gave me an application to fill out. Went back the next day ( with app/ administration fee in hand) with everything signed out and all of the paperwork I needed to bring and was told that I wouldn’t be able to move due to me not having income in Texas. I asked how was that possible when I lived in another state and was told that I could transfer my job, get an offer letter and bring it back ( found out that my jobs process of transfer would take a few weeks and I didn’t have a few weeks to wait) so I left and called the complex the next day to see if there was anything else I could do and the Property manager was very rude. She talked over me while I was asking questions and said that if I didn’t have a job in Texas or income then they wouldn’t accept me so I asked “ so what about a letter of contribution until I find a job, where I’m given a certain amount of money each month from a person or source?” She said that that wasn’t income. How??? She proceeded to talk over me and was very rude. So basically if I were to really want to live in this complex , I would have to be homeless for a couple months with a job and then apply. O and I am on a Housing Voucher Program. I wouldn’t recommend living here at all."

"This place is horrible. I have been here two months and there is no grass. Mud on the sidewalks the front looks good but the apartments in the middle look horrible there is a roach and ant infestation. You pay a pest control fee and live with roaches. There are numerous leaks. Please don’t move here you will be miserable"

"I got a renovated unit and for the age of these apartments, it is fantastic and reasonably priced! Super spacious and it has a unique floor plan that's fun to work with...They did a great job! Front office staff are all super friendly and take care of my requests same day. Location is also great... not right in the middle of a city but right around the corner from everything! Jennifer was a sweetheart and worked with my previous rental history. Deposits were a little high but I already knew they would be due to my debt amount. They are working really hard to improve any past concerns!"
