"Started out fine until they changed management up at the office, "we will fine you for this and fine you for that"... They are really trying to find and squeeze money out of the tenants. Fines exceeding $300. My neighbors are already considering finding another place to live... New Manager up at the office is unprofessional and rude."
"I have seen worst apartments, and this one is now on the list. The management, though friendly, has proven to be incompetent. Today they towed my brothers’ car even though both my brothers had the parking permit that the manager provided. Their excuse was that they changed the stickers. We replied to their excuse stating the permit they provided did not expire until April 2018. They did not give us notification that they changed the sticker. We also have brought to their attention the numerous amount of pest (roaches, mice, ants) The AC still doesn’t work and it has been a year. They have yet to provide a response. The good reviews about this place are lies. Donna Lynn Apartments is a must avoid!"
