"From our previous apartment home to this one, what a total upgrade! The management team is awesome like no other(s). They were all of such great help with anything and everything The location is perfect. Stores, gas stations and laundry mats surrounding the complex. Walkin distance at that. I’m happy with our new location which we now call “HOME”. Thank you Casita Grove."

"I have been living here for about 3 months and honestly it’s a mess. This is something out of horror stories. In your utility bill you pay for pest control but since I moved here there has been litteraly an infestation of roaches in the apartment me and my family stay at. You pay for the area to be clean and the trash dumpster are always looks like a mess it’s always dirty with trash on the floor they charge for extra people on your lease even when you have a bedroom for 2 $75 each person besides the one on the contract. Parking is about $45 for an extra car and there’s never parking. All the spots are either taken or so bad you don’t even want to park your car. Since I been living here the sewage pipe has burst on multiple occasions causing a disgusting smell to be in the far left parking spot and it’s just out right disgusting. They tried to fix it about a week or two ago but it started up again and the mess out in the parking lot is just disgusting it smells like human waste all the time and just so unsanitary. The stairs leading up to my apartment feel like they are going to break down any day and the wood on the front of the top apartments are so fragile they feel like your going to fall through any day. I’m so close to calling the health department on these conditions and showing the pictures I have of these messes. Over all please just spend your money else where and rent a at better apartment complex."

"This place is a complete disaster if you have an option to go to hell or heaven, if you choose to go here, you probably chosen hell. The staff isn’t friendly, there’s lotta rats and even got robbed this place, isn’t safe there is mole the ceiling was falling. I was reading the reviews and noticed there are so many good reviews. It sounded so professional I feel like those reviews were written by the staff never trust what they say. I recommend not moving here."

"Don't move here these apartments are expensive and this neighborhood isn't even a good neighborhood and utilities are so expensive we're paying $400 plus in utilities each month although we're not home all day when I called a number to complain which by the way it isnt corporate just some phone number thats on the bill ..they said that Frances makes up the bill and they just print them out meaning the utilities bill doesn't come from the city of Grand Prairie so that's not fair for all we know they can be stealing money from residents. People have complained on the manager so much to the point they just move out by breaking there lease. It's hard to find parking also and loud neighbors. If your planning on moving here talk to some residents that live here and ask them the pros and cons. Hopefully some changes will be made soon."
