"Had a scheduled tour for my Mother and I on a Saturday. The staff member decided not to show up, didn't call, email or text. The manager didn't even know the staff member left and just made excuses for his absence. Very rude and disrespectful of people's time, especially for those with physical disabilities. We did take a look at the first floor and the amenities. They lacked majorly compared to other properties in the area. It reminded me of a hotel weight room. Residents seemed nice but the staff was unacceptable. No apology, just excuses. Look at other 55+ places in the area first. Maybe this one is a budget type of place from the looks of the community areas and unprofessionalism."

"Hey everyone! My name is Floretta Huggins, and I would like to share the wonderful experience I had visiting the Lakes at Grand Prairie on Friday 3/17/2023. The units and everything that is been offered makes you feel as if you would be living at a Resort. Everything that you want and need is right at your fingertips. I was surprised when I saw the private beauty salon. The activities that are been offered are well thought out. The atmosphere is so relaxing. How can I not say how wonderful Salvador was on my tour of the Lakes? He is so pleasant and not pushy. He understood what I was looking for and answered all of my questions with a warm smile. I am going to consider it to be my future home.!"
