"I renewed my lease twice since I moved in and I love it here! The Leasing Office & Maintenance staff are phenomenal! The apartments are spacious and modern and there's an elevator! Alyx is so helpful and her customer service skills are impeccable. I thank God I found this place in a time of skyrocketing housing and leasing prices, inconsistent maintenance repairs and poor property management. The property is safe and clean and my neighbors are polite, respectful, and courteous."
"The property at The Sutherland is absolutely beautiful with a truly outstanding staff . The property manager Alyx is extremely knowledgeable and has such a warm and inviting personality. Moving to a new apartment is always a little nerve wracking but she alongside her entire staff made the process such a breeze! "It has been a little over a month living here. The staff is absolute wonderful and made our moving experience so easy. I appreciate all they do and the apartments are very well kept and maintained. All my service maintenance’s request are done in a timely manner. I truly give Sutherland 5 stars. Keep up the good work Staff. I need to add that D’Ambria is truly professional and has a kind heart. She is truly a sweet person and truly showed us she cared. Cheryl Washington"
"The Sutherland Apartments is one of the best I’ve been in, the application process was seamless. I’m very happy with my apartment, it’s so big and nice. D’Ambria and the rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming, she helped out through the application process to the move in process. Her professionalism was top notch. We right in the middle of almost every store I can think of and that’s so amazing."
