"Relocating from Louisville, Kentucky, my experience with Jefferson Vine has been great thus far. The staff has been nothing short of amazing thus far and specifically Eduardo. From the phone calls , to text messages, to actually meeting Eduardo in person, he has made my transition from Louisville, KY to Grand Prairie AMAZING! Eduardo is very professional, patient, and positive. He made my move-in perfect. In addition, my apartment itself is everything I expected and more. I'm glad I didnt allow some of the reviews to deter me from this beautiful place. I'm excited and I am looking forward to a new journey here is Texas!"

"I truly love living here, relocated from Jersey and did a FaceTime tour with Alyssa, y’all this girl killed it! She has amazing customer service and doesn’t lack any knowledge when it comes to the property. I see my fellow neighbors write other reviews but I truly don’t see why. Jasmin is down to earth, she doesn’t talk much but is super nice when we do connect. Eduardo is by far the most professional leasing consultant I have ever met. Megan is new to the staff but she is always ready to help. Letitia is a chill manager who really lets her staff take the lead. The amenities are used often, I wish certain people would clean up after themselves. The coffee is good. Any issue that occur they are quick to take charge. I appreciate the efforts of everyone. Not everything they can fix especially residents that just don’t care but they will go above and beyond! Signed a true resident since April 2023"

"It's official. I love living at Jefferson Vine. Here are my thoughts after living here for two months: First, management is excellent. I find that property management can make or break your living experience and here at Jefferson Vine the current team is a 10/10. They are responsive, kind, helpful, and super professional. I specifically enjoy working with Alyssa and Eddie. Both always go above and beyond. In addition to management, the property is well-kept, clean, and neat. The apartment layouts are super spacious! I have a one-bedroom unit and it has tons of space along with full-size appliances and a walk-in closet! Also what i appreciate about this apartment complex is their ability to address issues promptly. I recently had some damage that occurred in my apartment due to rain and the management team was very prompt to repair and make things right. Overall my experience at the Vine has been amazing. I highly recommend the Vine if you are looking for affordable luxury in a great area!"
