"I moved here from California and it was the best decision I could have made not only do I feel safe in a community that is so welcoming but also extremely satisfied with how clean and quick they are to respond to any maintenance issue . I never have to go far anything I need is 5 mins or less and that hairstylist brought my hair back to life ! It’s so peaceful and quiet my neighbors are the sweetest ! I love it here . "My "MA" lived here for 7+ years. The staff was nice and accommodating to her during her stay. We had a few issues before giving notice. Her apartment would leak on the first floor during any large rain storms and they could not figure out how to stop the rain from coming in. This past year (2023) I had to call maintenance's emergency hotline to remove standing water in her living area. Miguel was quick to remove all of the water that night. Move forward (end of 2023) to have a final walkthrough. I was told my "MA" would receive her refund back. The apartment looked great after she was living there for over 7+ years. I make a call to the office about 3 weeks later and was told there would be no refund because there was a lot of touch ups needed and water stains on the wall and wind areas. The report came from their corporate inspector who was visiting Texas. I did complain about it and was told my MA would get half of her deposit back but nothing was ever sent. During the walkthrough I was told MA would get her refund because everything was going to be updated with new appliances and a new paint color throughout the apartment...PLUS MA wanted the apartment professionally cleaned which happen with Molly Maids (5 star review on Google) All I can say is....READ THE FINE PRINT AND ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS, before signing anything. "While i'm a new resident at Viceroy Central Park, i'm not new to the property as i have family that have resided here the past four years. The complex is beautiful, the building maintained and the grounds manicured. The location is central to four major freeways, restaurants, shopping and The Summit. Why wouldn't I live here??? While the management has changed a few times in the past with previous owners, I believe the right team is now in place. Skye and Sheryl in the office are friendly, professional and their communication is key. They have gone above and beyond to make my move-in seamless. Their past experience, commitment to the residents, accountability of policies and attention to detail serve them well. Also, the new offering of activities are a great way to make friends and have fun at the same time. The catered meal events have good food at a reasonable price point offering the opportunity to dine with neighbors. Wanda and Miguel are a very capable maintenance team. They have been committed to address areas of concern in a timely manner. I am happy to be here and to call Viceroy at Central Park, HOME! Skye, Sheryl, Wanda and Miguel, I appreciate you!"

"We moved in 4 months ago after selling our home in East Texas. We were concerned about apartment living, but this isn’t, it’s more like resort living. We are one of the few 55-60 yr olds here but enjoy spending time with all of the residents. The place is well maintained, full of amenities and activities, safe, affordable, and the apartments have great features. If you’re wanting a place to relax without loud music, kids screaming(except our grand kids visiting), smoking, and crowded pools this is the place to be. Wanda and Miguel work from dawn to dusk to keep this place running and looking great. Office staff is very attentive to our needs. Just changed to new owners so we’re all anxious to see what they have planned for the community."
