"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I wish I could give a 0, I lived in this complex for 2 years, never late on my rent, even though I could put in different maintenance request it would take days for someone to come out and let’s not mention trash pick up, it would be days for someone to come and pick up trash. The residents would put trash out in front of the entrance leaving out and it would just sit for days! I never complained, still paid my rent ON TIME! I put in my 60 days notice in October to move the end of December, my lease was up January 5, 2024. I went back and forth with Amanda(Asst Manager), Jill(Manager) and Lana, ALL LIARS, saying I left owing $3,426, WHY?!?! Because I’m elderly and y’all THINK I’m just going to except this! NOT!!!! I asked for corporate phone number and they would not provide that information. I am moving forward with this matter because I made sure everything on my end was done, apartment cleaned, left how I moved in! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!! It’s plenty of very nice apartments in the Grand Prairie area that you would love and get your money worth!"

"Apartments are trash the dog park stay full of dog poop. None of the outdoor patios are clean they are falling apart. There’s no propane to use the grills. I’m not sure what the sundeck is but never seen it. Only think I can say that’s good here is the maintenance. There’s been a water leak twice in a two months. A the leasing consultants don’t answer the phone, you can call while standing there looking at them and they will pick the phone up and hang up."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! The office manager Jill is a Karen who likes to yell at people when you have a question about their application process. I was never told that the admin fee was non refundable until after I paid it. Jill yelled at me over the phone. So I went to the office to try to get a understanding as to why I wasn’t told I couldn’t be refunded. She threatened me and called the police and played like she was the victim. She is unprofessional and very rude. If you are a person of color beware!!!! She has done this to other people as well."

"I moved into my apartment April 2023 , the same week the apartment above me flooded leaking water all into my apartment from the wash room . I called the emergency maintenance line and a guy came out . He couldn’t fix the apartment above me until the next day so my apartment was being leaked into all night . The next day he told me he fixed the problem upstairs . We were told our damaged walls would be cut open and checked for mold and there would be a repair process that will take 1-2 weeks ( which the property manager later told me this wasn’t even there process) . We checked into the office every other week on the process and was constantly told “ they will be out this week we are waiting on a date” . We are two days from October and haven’t received any scheduled date from repairs . I reached out to the property manager JILL to be exact and she was VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING like I was wrong for just asking about the status on my repairs . She told me that they already checked for mold ok cool , but nobody is communicating anything to me . I’m very upset because at this point it’s clear that they have no intention of doing anything . They are putting my health and appearance of my apartment on the line . I pay $1,500 MONTLY for a ONE BEDROOM that’s not even really up to par ."

"I have lived here for going on 3 years, They have the worse dog park I’ve ever seen. Very unstable dogs get out all the time. I’ve been chased twice. Everything is broken, for them constantly going up on rent I don’t know where the money is going. Water bowl doesn’t work, rocks have to be used to attempt to keep dogs in, hole in gates. Do not move here if you love your fur friends."
