Springs at Grand Prairie Apartments

"Have lived here for about 15 months, the staff and maintenance have always been helpful. Gym is very small and can get packed easily. My biggest concern and this also has been reiterated in prior reviews: THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. I can hear my neighbors conversations, phone rings, music, etc. Unless you have a vacant apartment next to you, your likely to hear everything."

"I’ve lived at this complex for almost two years. Sadly I’m leaving, not because I haven’t enjoyed my time here, but because it’s time for me to commit to Texas by buying a home. All the staff to include the maintenance team have been very responsive and take pride in their work. A special shout-out to Crystal and Sunny for making this transition much easier for me. I will miss living here. I will be sure to highly recommend the Springs at Grand Prairie to friends/family. Again THANK YOU!!!"

"Low build quality for high price. Management does not care about complaints snd bending own rules regarding allowing drugs use on premises or smoking in non smoking buildings. Maintenance employees very helpful. The gates are to easy fir out standers to open which brings a lot of strangers on premises and regular for renters no place to park. In the year i lived there i noticed the quality if living went down."

"Getting my keys today to move in! The staff is really nice and patient. Very welcoming. My aunt lives here and recommended the complex to me. I had visited many times within past year. It’s always very quiet, clean environment, pet friendly and it’s really nice. I would always feel at home when I visited her. The appliances and amenities are modern and nice. Long story short I applied and is now excited to call this place home! Crystal was very VERY nice, welcoming, easy to talk to, and very professional. She took her time. And even though she took a lot of time with me, I never felt rushed or anything. I actually think she worked through her lunch assisting me. Thank you guys again! Sunny was very personable and welcoming also!"

"My husband and I have lived here for the last 8 months and it has been a really great experience. Pros: 1. Management and staff are amazing. They are professional, courteous, friendly, and make you feel at home. Shoutout to Crystal, Charles and Francesca! 2. Maintenance/lawn care is top tier. The grounds are always in pristine condition and if you have an issue (which is rare since the apartments are very new) they are available within a timely manner. 3. Security, tranquility and peace engulf the complex. There is no crime, we feel very safe and we have a 4 month old. 4. The clubhouse, courtyard and pool are always kept clean and are a fun space to relax and wind down! (We recently rented out the clubhouse for our daughter’s baptism celebration) 5. There is so much to do for entertainment around here with everything off of 161, especially Epic Central, shopping and all the restaurants. Cons: 1. Some people tend to speed through the parking lot (there is a speed limit posted but not necessarily enforced, maybe stop signs by sharp turns could help?) 2. No shaded spaces in the pool area (it’s Texas Y’all, maybe some umbrella tables in the pool area?) 3. Not too many social events happening (this may be a pro for some people) But in the end, we are happy we chose Springs!"
