"A great place to stay until Pool rules are not implemented they actually sent out pool rules. Last week they even stated that they will be LOCKING THE GATE at 10pm ALL LIES WE PAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR LOUD MUSIC AND KIDS SCREAMING TILL 11pm It’s not fair for other residents to go through this especially since the POOL IN THE MIDDLE of each building if you going to make us get renters insurance YOU ALL GOT TO MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR JOB since in the pool rules you SAY YOU HAVE CAMERAS someone need to be fine because 5/28 at 10:56pm is unacceptable. I don’t care who use the pool but come on LOUD MUSIC AND A SCREAMING KIDS IS NOT WHAT YOUR RESIDENT PAYING OVER 1400 signed up for So god place to live until you have to confront other residents NOT FAIR AT ALL MORGAN JESSICA OR SIERRA NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IMMEDIATELY"

"Overall I love my apartment here. My neighbors are quiet and the amenities are up to date however my problem lies with the office staff. My first incident with when the office manager ( Morgan) lost my rent payment. I had to go through the trouble of have to pay additional fees to have no money order reissued and not one time did she help or make the process easy. I still to this day have no idea what happened to my money order. My second incident is when my neighbor bought a reserved parking space a week prior and no one was aware that the park was reserved. There were no cones no stickers indicated that the park was reserved until I came to get my car after being sick for a week to find out that it was towed. There was no point of going to the office for towing reimbursement as they never marked or indicated that the spot was reserved had I known I wouldn’t have parked there. I have spent more unnecessary monies living here than have any other place. Like I said previously I love where I live but the accountability of the office staff is questionable. I’m hoping the new manager will be better and more proactive about making things right here."

"Living here has been a breath of fresh air after my experiences at previous complexes! The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. Requests are handled quickly and professionally. The property is well maintained and the apartments/amenities are beautiful. I researched several other properties in the area before moving and no one else compared!"
