Winding Creek at The Preserve Apartments

"The moving process is already a tiring, dragging & frustrating time normally but I have to say this was not the case how ever. After looking at many complexes this one not only sold me by the inside of the beautiful apartment & amenities but the amazing staff who helped make this process so much smoother then what I’m use too. The leasing consultant Mya was simply amazing. She helped me and my partner through the process, remained patient & stretched herself thin to make sure we were fully accommodated and satisfied. My only regret was not looking at these apartments sooner."

"Moving from NM to TX we were having so many things go wrong with our initial plans. When we had to completely start over we found Winding Creek apartments and let me tell you 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. Mya Tobias was beyond helpful on a busy Saturday afternoon. She was very kind, informative, patient, understanding and truly tried to help us in any way possible to remedy our unsightly predicament. She even went above and beyond getting things in order & offering to come in on her day off Monday to finalize it for us personally. When Monday came around, The Manager herself worked closely with us and did her best to process everything for us quickly. She, too, was incredibly kind, informative and patient with us and all the transfer paperwork we had to do on the spot. Beyond impressed and grateful for their professionalism and help. Very happy with our choice!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please read the other reviews in regards to carpet and billing. They will charge you for the carpet when you move out even if there is no damage or soil to the carpet. I received an email from Jessica stating that they have to charge the residents if the contractor charges them. Again, even if there is no damage or heavy soil to the carpet. I took pictures when I moved out and they could clearly see there was nothing wrong with the carpet. However, they still refuse to take off the charges. I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE. You can pay the same rent and won't have to deal with these people."

"This place does the most events for their guest than any apartment complex I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in and I’ve lived in 4 different places. The management is super nice and probably the most real. Most places the people just try to get you for money and low quality but Winding creek the apartments styles match the and with the events, raffles, and food trucks you can tell they try to keep the residents happy. Could use more parking for people without carports but other than that this place is a steal."

"I stayed at Winding Creek for a year and I didn’t have any problems at all. I had to move in fast and Mya was super helpful through my application and move-in process. Mya, the office manager, and the assistant manager are super sweet. They’re always super involved with their apartment community and have good relationships with their tenants. They always asked about how my kids were doing anytime they saw me. If we ever had any maintenance concerns, they were always addressed in a timely manner. I left the apartment at the end of my lease due to moving to a bigger home for my family. My husband and I didn’t have any problems with the move-out process. Just have to wait to hear back regarding my deposit. if you need a nice, updated apartment home temporarily, this is a good option. Good staff makes every experience better with any business!!!!"
